How to know what kind of music you like
Its not very easy to know what kind of music do you like, if you are a confused soul. I just thought about it the other night that how do confused people know what kind of music they like.....and I got a few things in my head...so here are some tips: I thought they might help.
1)Think about yourself: What kind of person are you. Short tempered, non-abusive, kind, rude, whatever. Also see if you are okay with bad words in your song.
2) Listen to the radio: This is necessary if you do not know what music do you like...its okay if you start the radio and you do not like the music. You may change the radio channel. It may take you even a few days to find a song on radio you actually like, but I am sure you will find it. Its no big deal.
3) Use the internet: Once you have found the song you like, get the details such as the name of the song and the band which played it. Once you have got that, search the internet about that band and see what kind of music they play...because that is what you probably like.
4)Download an album: Once you have details about the band, download an album onto your computer or ipod and hear it and see if you like the kind of songs they play. This will show you for certain whether you like the songs the band plays or there was just one particular song. If it was a particular song, keep searching in different ways for other bands. You will surely find the band.
5)Become a fan: Now, you know that this is presently your favourite band. Now what you do is visit the website or facebook page or whatever and become a fan by liking the page or following the site or something like that. Attend the concerts, make new friends who like the same band, and life is good. ;)
6)Don't stick around: Just because you found one band that plays the music you like, does not mean that there is no other band in the world. Search for more bands which play the same kind of music. Nobody said you can have only one favourite.
7)Help people become famous: If you see a band that plays good music but it just started, and does not have any followers, don't follow others by not following it. Life is too short to follow others. If you like it, there is no harm in being the first follower. In fact, you should be proud....you made someone happy today. So Be sharp, Be aware, And rock!!!!
