How to enhance your live performance

It's not very easy to rock the stage, specially if it's one of your first. Here are some small things which can make a great difference:

1)Involve the ones: This part of a concert is very very important. People have payed to come to your concert. The least you could do is involve them in your performance. Its not like you have to bring them up on stage or anything, but what I am trying to say is make them repeat what you're saying. In this way, they won't only enjoy your music, they will also have fun. If you don't involve the audience, a major part of the audience will get bored.

2)Get some effects on there: This is not important, but it will really really affect your music. There are various ways to improve your music, and this is one of them. You cannot really do any of this stuff with the drums, but on other instruments, for instance, the guitar or the keyboard, you can. For a guitar, you can get an effects foot-pedal which will give you a wide range of effects.

3)Use DJs: Okay my previous post was not really very nice to dj music, but I never said you cannot use it in a live performance. DJ has its own ups and downs, but in here, it is very effective. Stuff like fading in and fading out can be enhanced with these systems, and if recorded on an external system connected to that of the DJ system, there can be live effects like background repeats out live. I am not very sure about this, but one can always try.

3)Repeat: This is more or less related to the first point. To involve your audience, they need to know something. You may tell them to repeat something you just said, but not everyone in the audience catches what you say. This may make them uninterested. You should, preferably, sing the same song you sang in a previous concert, or a song of yours which is already released before. The true fans would have heard it, and even those did not catch what you said, they would surely know what you sang before, and so they would be involved too.

4)Each one matters: By this, I mean each and every person in the audience matters. One by one all of them add up to make the big audience of yours. Plus, they respond so well! The least you can do is give them some importance. You should not aim at satisfying the crowd as a whole, but you should make efforts to satisfy each and every person out there, and that, automatically, will entertain the audience. Believe me, this is very important.
